Free 7 Deadly Wastes Overview Video (Spanish Subtitles)

By Ron Pereira Updated on May 17th, 2017

We’ve been unbelievably busy over at Gemba Academy the last few months.

We continue to develop new content (we’re now up to 44 videos, 28 interactive quizzes, 28 PDF summary documents, and much more) and most recently our team has been adding Spanish subtitles to all our videos (other languages to come soon).

Since Spanish is spoken in so many countries we’re doing our best to find a “balance” between the different styles. We know we’re far from done and will most definitely practice kaizen as we listen and learn from customer feedback.

In any event, below is an example of what we’ve come up with to start. If you speak Spanish please let me know how you’d improve things by leaving a comment below or emailing me directly.

Oh, and we’ve experimented with so many different subtitle colors… and believe it or not… yellow has been the run away winner!

To see other free videos please register for a free account on the main Gemba Academy site.

Finally, if you’re reading this via a RSS feed or via email you’ll likely need to click through to the actual article in order to see the video.

Excelente! You might try to use “principales desperdicios” for deadly wastes.

    Dear Ron,

Could you explain or say how to download this video presentation at the PC to use it in the training room without use the Internet to see it, because some times the speed is not quite well and it sees slow.

Thanks for the comments Jose and Wilson.

Hi Wilson – Please press the HD IS ON button and that will bring up a smaller version of the video that should play better if your Internet connection is on the slower side. Also, here are some more tips that might help: http://www.gembaacademy.com/about/support.html. Lastly, as of right now, due to copyright issues, our videos cannot be downloaded.

    Ron,

I also would like to be able to download this video. I am a LSSBB and work for the Federal Bureau of Prisons. As well as coaching other Green and Black Belts and training all staff including non-belts, I also have to train inmates. I am stationed at a Federal Correctional Institute that has an electronics cable factory. The factory employs approximately 150 inmates. Nearly 50% of our inmates are Latino and many of them do not speak English. This video is perfect. However, I currently do not have internet access in the training room due to security issues. If I were able to obtain a copy that I could carry on my laptop into the training room, I would be able to reach more of the inmate workforce. If possible, please help! Thank you!

    Phil
