Gemba Online Learning Content Update

Video-based Lean training pioneer Gemba Academy has steadily built up a library of learning modules over the past four years. With over 500 high definition videos that can be accessed via DVD or from ain internet connection, new content arrives every month. Here is an update on what is coming soon:

  • A 70-minute discussion with Lean gurus John Shook, Jim Womack, and Dan Jones about the Lean thinking past, present and future
  • An interview with author and Lean accounting expert Jean Cunningham
  • Gemba Live! episode at a Lear Corporation factory building seats for the BMW X5, at 3PL company NFI Industries, and at vocational high school Platt Tech where young adults learn about Lean
  • The next full “studio” course will be on the topic of Lean Accounting
