Welcome to the first episode of the Gemba Academy podcast!

We’re extremely excited for this podcast and hope to reach as many people as possible with the good news that is lean and six sigma!

During this first episode we share some of the goals and objectives for the show… and we definitely want to hear from you so please let us know if you have ideas for how we can add the most value.

We’re going to launch the show by releasing several episodes this first week before moving to our normal cadence.  Our plan, as of right now, is to release new episodes every Thursday.
