Where is Ron?

Hello from London, England. 

I wanted to drop a line and apologize for my lack of blogging action!  I have been extremely busy as of late and thus my blogging has taken a bit of a hit.  I typically post my blogs in the evenings but due to some changes in my life (personal and professional – all very good changes by the way) this “free” time has been greatly reduced.

In any event I will be back to more regular posting when things settle down a bit.  I am in the process of creating a series of posts on Hoshin Kanri (a.k.a. Policy Deployment) which I am very excited about but don’t want to rush for the sake of simply posting something.

Ron has more than 20 years of experience in various manufacturing, supply chain, and senior leadership roles. Ron has held the titles of process engineer, engineering manager, master black belt, and director of manufacturing & continuous improvement. In 2002 Ron was the first American to win the Nokia Global Six Sigma and Overall Quality award in Helsinki, Finland. Ron holds a bachelor's degree in automated manufacturing and an MBA in technology management.

    Ron – If you travel about 300 miles north you’ll end up in Newcastle, widely known as a party city. I’ll take you out for a night on the town. We can discuss six sigma if you like or alternatively just drink a few beers 🙂

    I was in Newcastle a few months ago! Had no idea you were there! We are off to see downtown London tonight and leave tommorrow but will try to swing by Newcastle next trip.
