The Winning Link with Billy Taylor

Gemba Academy is entering the “live stream” movement.  We’ve obviously had some experience with video based learning over the years and we’ve also done many webinars which, technically, is a streaming event.

But, if you’re like us… you may have a little “Zoom fatigue” so we wanted to offer a higher quality live stream experience from our studio.

So, with this said, we’re excited to announce that Billy Taylor will be here on Tuesday, November 17th, 11:00am CST to do a live stream presentation titled “The Winning Link.”

In this live stream you will learn how to manage organizational intersections by linking together the functions, tiers, and work streams to deliver enterprise excellence. You will also learn:

  • How to convert strategy into results with strategic deployment and tactical execution.
  • Manage the intersections of operations by linking people, tools, and processes.
  • Connecting functions and tiers to a strategy roadmap.
  • How to build a high-performance, self-sustaining culture with extreme clarity and ownership.

The presentation will last around 1 hour and there will be an opportunity to ask him questions at the end.

How to Register

There is no cost to attend the live stream if you are a current Gemba Academy subscriber.  Simply contact us for the coupon code.

The cost for non subscribers is $49 per device.  And you are definitely free, and even encouraged, to bring a group of folks together to watch the event together in a conference room or something like that.  These additional folks don’t need to pay.  We’re trying to keep this simple and a no brainer to attend.  You can register here.
