The Winning Link with Billy Taylor

By Ron Pereira Updated on December 23rd, 2020

Gemba Academy is entering the “live stream” movement.Β  We’ve obviously had some experience with video based learning over the years and we’ve also done many webinars which, technically, is a streaming event.

But, if you’re like us… you may have a little “Zoom fatigue” so we wanted to offer a higher quality live stream experience from our studio.

On Tuesday, November 17th, 2020, Billy Taylor presented his inspirational talk entitled “The Winning Link” for hundreds of our Gemba Academy subscribers, as well as other ticketed members of the lean community. The stream is now available to watch, on-demand, in our video library.

Watch Now

In this live stream you will learn how to manage organizational intersections by linking together the functions, tiers, and work streams to deliver enterprise excellence. You will also learn:

  • How to convert strategy into results with strategic deployment and tactical execution.
  • Manage the intersections of operations by linking people, tools, and processes.
  • Connecting functions and tiers to a strategy roadmap.
  • How to build a high-performance, self-sustaining culture with extreme clarity and ownership.
