Rick Forman lives Lean and as I can say first hand he pours into every level of the company. Great teacher and mentor.

Wonderful podcast. I enjoyed listening to Rick and learned so much from him. He is so people focused and about relationships which drives the Lean culture. As someone who is new to the CI world and was hired to help change the Lean culture at my manufacturing plant, this podcast was hugely impactful. As a fellow Christian, I loved to hear his heart throughout this entire podcast. Excellent material!! Thank you!

I really enjoyed this episode, especially the sales pitch for Lean. Rick really brings this to life for me and I can feel his leadership and passion for the “why” of Lean. These are not tools, they are a way of life! Excellent podcast, thanks for bringing Rick Foreman to us!
