Nicely done. What happened to the red shirt?

Thanks, Keith. Ah yes, the red shirt! We have gotten this question a few times! We made the change since red is no where to be found in Gemba Academy colors. But my wife always said I looked nice in red. Ha!

We have struggled with Standard Work as employees felt as if they were supposed to become robots. I look forward to sharing this video with team as I think it may help.

Great post. Am trying to get our standard work documents cleaned up for our sales department. Any advice on migrating Lean into the sales area?

Hi Roy, we’re actually going to cover what we refer to as “Type 4” Standard Work which covers how non-manufacturing folks can still use the principles behind Standard Work to improve their business. This will come later in the course so be sure to follow the updates.

The easiest way to stay in tune with the course is to register for a free “preview” account as that also gets you on our newsletter. You can register for a free account over at: http://www.gembaacademy.com/amember/signup.php.
