We are happy to announce the release of the newest online lean training course focused on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) from Gemba Academy.
This course features Mike Wroblewski, a Gemba consultant with the Kaizen Institute, recorded teaching in front a live audience. Mike shares photos, examples and stories from his consulting work with clients. The course explains what TPM is and is not, covering topics such as the 8 pillars of TPM, the 6 Big Losses and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). If your organization relies on machines and equipment to create value and satisfy customers, it is very likely that Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) could benefit you greatly.
Founded in 2009, Gemba Academy now offers 160 training modules and 77 hours of learning. The courses are focused on in-depth and practical lean concepts, systems and tools, including The Kaizen Way, 5S Workplace Productivity, Dealing With the Seven Deadly Wastes, Practical Problem Solving, Standard Work, Leader Standard Work, Transforming Your Value Streams, The Seven Quality Control Tools, Quick Changeover: The SMED System, and Lean Lingo Explained. Just starting to dig into your content – really good. Thanks so much for offering these videos for free. Mike’s great! Been doing/teaching/coaching leaders & execs in kaizen in health care for 11 years; always on lookout for new ways to teach the concepts, new examples, new analogies. Really appreciate this site!
