    Ron,
I just finished listening to Podcast # 383 with Glade Holman. When he commented about Measure – Access– Grow – Improve, I was struck by how similar that is to Deming’s PDCA. Both seem to be a circular act towards constant improvement.
I truly enjoyed the Podcast but one concept about feedback that seemed to be left out was the comment, “Remember that Constructive Criticism is still criticism”.
