    Hey Juan,
Really good to hear from you and hear someone discuss CI as it relates to RPA. I have had many conversations with RPA architects, developers as well as leaders in this space and so many seem to think that a process that is already “Jacked” will miraculously work flawlessly if they apply automation to it. But the irony is that that many CI folks are reluctant to stand their ground due in part of lack of knowledge or even understanding the evolution of our craft. So again it’s been some time since I last saw you but happy you are healthy and well and again, thanks for addressing this new peeve of mine. Be well.

Hey Kevin, I am glad hearing from you again too.
      Agree with what you say.
Unfortunately, some business leaders still think that there are quick fixes for their process brokenness.
In general, most people yearn for the quick fix, the fast-track approach, the shortcut.

Two centuries ago, people wandering towns selling snake oil as a panacea for every ailment was common. That posture unfortunately still lives in some leaders. “Betting the house” with “technology fixes” that promises to “Fix It All”, without the careful an often-tedious work of understanding and optimizing those processes, is rare to see.

I hope we can be a force of change in this Paradigm.

    Juan and Ron,
Great conversation on the importance of staying true to our Continuous Improvement principles, but adapting and evolving to the ever changing technological landscape. Waste exists everywhere – and automating wasteful, inefficient processes actually causes more harm than good.

    Best regards.

    Hey Juan.
I have listened to the conversation, my sincere appreciation to the topic of discussion. You conveyed pertinent information on the Industrial revolution and its implications. This is very fundamental information, that we should listen and implement them to the latter to improve skills and knowledge towards our experiences.
I like the way, you handled, robot 🤖 application. If we don’t control or avoid it, it will take over the world innovation, the end result will be A.I control of all resources including people management. The implications is that, there will be irrelevance of the research and innovation of human capital.
Finally, on lean and six stigma, (which I am passionate to) was well tackled; waste management has been a thorn in the flesh to many if not all organisations. Lean, six stigma and sustainability has the ultimate solution to strive the company to great sphere.
I will be following you through YouTube and all other platforms to gain and share more knowledge as we advance the skills in the World 🌎
    Thank you once again
