Interesting perspective, the idea that tone matters more than tools really stood out to me.

Without a positive Tone, strategy is limited to just fancy words stored away in a PowerPoint that’s far from execution

Sahab’s message would be beneficial for the people leaders and the corporations to understand the importance of making the right decisions at the right time. Wise words and good advice.

Really appreciate you listening through the podcast. And you’re right—this applies to everyone, not just people leaders. A positive tone and following through on what we commit to is something every level of an organization depends on. That’s how culture is built.

Talking about tone is easy when things are calm. The real test is what leaders do when the pressure spikes and shortcuts look tempting. I’m still studying that gap — between what we say we value and what we actually do. Grateful for everyone who listened and shared their perspective.

Appreciate that insight from that example of cutting 10% of the workforce and then seeing an increase of 15¢ a unit and how numbers aren’t just black and white. There is that hidden cost of talent lost and fear gained. That story is one that will stick with me and one that takes the niceities of “respect for people” and makes it like “nah people this stuff isn’t theory…you actually gotta practice it!

Shahab Shah Bro I listened to the whole podcast — start to finish 🔥

Honestly, I loved it. You kept it engaging throughout and it never felt boring for a second. I actually picked up a few new perspectives, especially the way you explained.

For a first podcast, this is seriously impressive. The flow was natural and your confidence showed.

Just a couple of small things for next time
    – Maybe tighten a few parts where it felt slightly stretched
    – And you can add a bit more punch in transitions to keep that energy even higher

But overall, solid stuff man. Proud of you 👏
Keep them coming — I’m definitely tuning into the next one!
