New Gemba Academy Videos: In the Ditch Towing Products

Screen Shot 2016-08-09 at 2.09.16 PMRon and the Gemba Academy team make their way to Mountain Home, Idaho, to meet with Chuck Ceccarelli and his team at In The Ditch Towing Products.  In the Ditch has been on their lean journey for several years, and this 23 video series shows us their operation, including the morning meeting, principles, hiring methods, setting up a new work cell, going paperless, materials flow, and even their kitchen and bathroom.

The new videos are also now available in our Learning System and to our LMS integration customers.
