Construction Industry Uses LSS

I came across this article and while it doesn’t go into great detail it talks about how LSS was taught to home builders during the final days of a workshop.

It is always encouraging to me when I see and hear of other industries using these tools to improve their business. Well done John Wick Homes!

At the IIE annual conference last year, there was an entire track on construction – and a few presentations were specifically about applying lean. They have a construction track this year, too. http://www.iienet.org/annual2/details.aspx?id=7010
