What Do You Think?

How else might lean relate to sports? What about the lean mindset in particular is powerful?

Loved the episode. It got me thinking…

I usually believe that if you can instill the right culture then the team will self-correct, meaning those who can’t get on board will jump ship. Others will try the new rules. I suspect Richard is right that in sports team and culture are more seperable as individual components that can sink you.”you can’t win a horse race with a donkey.”
