What an awesome podcast! The power of authentic leadership and I couldn’t agree more about how we have to develop on the inside before helping others. Its hard to pour into others if we’re not pouring into ourselves. It also reminded me of how we need to “walk through the crowd slowly” as leaders to hear what isn’t or is being said by others. Great thanks to Robb and Ron for the discussion and sharing such great wisdom! I’m still chewing on it all.
