A Quote by Eiji Toyoda san: “Before Cars, Make People.” It’s not a simple quote it’s a Mentor Management philosophy, Toyota is working in this mindset up till today. I never ever heard such mind-blowing and remarkable words on management.

I am trying to understand and further define this saying in these words that…

“Before making your Products, make your Employee first”

Growth of our employees is very important, even not less than our business!

For implementation of this culture change we should start finding KPIs……… right now.

  2. Respect everyone means ………………….…True respect mindset
  3. Initiate thrust to get and give ………..……..Trainings mindset
  4. Criticize less …………………………………..….Appreciate more mindset
