I love that your favorite inspirational quote came from your wife and that you’ve been able to reapply it throughout life. I can relate to the concept of “Don’t mess with my tool box and I won’t mess with yours.” Particularly during COVID when we all seem to spend much more time in each other’s space, with thinning boundaries, communication is key.

Another excellent episode Ron. Please keep bringing Adam back regularly. His stories really bring the subject home, and are applicable to many aspects of life beyond Gemba and Lean. I think Adam should actually consider his own podcast now that he has published his first book, to bring the “Wheel of Sustainability” to as many people as possible! Maybe call it “Keep it In the Pink”…

Great episode! I enjoyed the slight variation with two stories today. Please ensure Adam is a returning participant! I enjoy listening to his story telling and his ability to tie all the lessons together at the end is phenomenal. I am reading Adam’s book, “The Wheel of Sustainability” and learning Lean application through experiences. Thank you Ron and Adam for making my daily commute enjoyable!

Thank you for having Adam back! his personal accounts are as encouraging as they are convicting. I found it very hopeful to hear about seasoned employees being able to have a renewed purpose in their work efforts and for the benefit of one of their own too. It is an example I will share often. Looking forward to digging into his new book.
